A gentle tincture designed to alleviate certain IBS symptoms, including cramping, wind and upset stomachs. The effect is cumulative; the tincture should be taken regularly, as described.

Directions: 4 drops under the tongue upon rising, directly before eating and just before bed. No more than 5 times a day.
