Our website is operating as usual, although we cannot guarantee delivery times if the postal service is affected by the current situation with COVID-19. We will, as always, take every precaution to ensure that packages are packed in such a way that the contents are clean and safe.
Any items with special shipping price deals or free shipping must be checked out on their own order to claim that deal.
If you require additional products which do not have these deals, they will need to be ordered using a second order.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently do not have a process to take any European taxes or import duties at the point of sale. For European orders, any import duties or taxes will need to be paid before the “last mile” couriers will deliver the parcel to you. This may cause extra delays whilst these additional costs are paid for.
If this causes issues, please consider using our Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/theenchantedannex/)as an alternative, where these duties and taxes can be taken by Etsy at the point of sale, and the delivery will not be held up at customs.
UK Mainland shipping and non-european orders are not affected by this.
