Announcement on possible delays in shipping due to COVID-19
As a business that ships worldwide, we have been carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation.
We are shipping your orders out as soon as possible, but once products are out of the warehouse, delivery times are determined by the speed of the postal services in various countries.
After consulting with our various shipping partners, we understand that delivery times will likely be affected. This is due to suspended flights, or the impact of precautions on postal operations and workers.
As such, we ask for your understanding during this period if your delivery is delayed.
If you have a tracking number, your item has shipped and is on its way.
If you need an item by a certain date, such as for a birthday or anniversary, we apologise, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates during this period. In such circumstances, we would advise that you seek an alternative if you absolutely require your item by a certain date.
